Number of Illegal Immigrants Entering Slovenia Drops by 42 Percent in 2001

Ljubljana, 27 January - A total 19,469 illegal immigrants were apprehended by Slovene authorities in 2001, which represents a 44 percent drop year-on-year, figures from the Slovene police indicate.
