SanPaolo IMI Raises Takeover Bid for Banka Koper for the Second Time

Koper, 28 January - The Turin-based banking group SanPaolo IMI raised its takeover bid for Banka Koper, Slovenia's fourth largest bank, for the second time, again by ten tolars per share. The new takeover price is SIT 101,991.72 (EUR 458.64) a share, and, in accordance with the act on takeovers, the bid was prolonged by seven days to 11 February.
