KBC Demands State Guarantee for Former Ljubljanska Banka "Debts", Writes Daily Finance

Ljubljana, 28 January - The Belgian bank KBC, which is holding talks on the purchase of a share in Nova Ljubljanska banka (NLB), insists that Slovenia guarantee for the deposits of former Ljubljanska banka account holders in Croatia, Bosnia and Macedonia, the Slovene business daily Finance writes on Monday, quoting sources near the privatisation committee. The Finance Ministry neither confirmed nor rejected these claims.
