Krka Officially Informed About Pfizer's Charges Over Generic Drugs

Novo Mesto, 28 January - The Slovene pharmaceutical company Krka was on Monday informed about charges pressed against the Slovene Health Ministry by the U.S. pharmaceutical multinational Pfizer over the registration of generic drugs by Krka. While the legal action does not target us directly, we may suffer direct damages as two of our drugs are the subject of the charges, chairman of the board at Krka Milos Kovacic told STA.
