Ljubljana, 29 January - It should be known after 11 February whether the Croatian government will have to do away with the controversial regulations limiting the transport of oil derivatives by its roads, as the WTO council for goods trade - having the power to demand from a WTO member that dubious measures be abolished - is to adopt its stance on the Slovene-Croatian oil dispute on that day. The council will want arguments from both sides, Delo observes on Tuesday.
