Pivovarna Lasko Does Not Need Strategic Partner

Laško, 29 January - Pivovarna Lasko, a Slovene brewer who has aimed to form a group of Slovene drink producers which would also incorporate another brewer Pivovarna Union, has so far received three good offers for long-term partnership, the business daily Finance writes on Tuesday. Asked about the names of potential partners, Lasko refused to comment, but told STA that the company is actually able to form a drink producers' group without help from abroad, a reason why they do not think they need a strategic partner.
