Parliamentary Body Proposes MPs to Participate in European Convention

Ljubljana, 29 January - Coalition MP Slavko Gaber of the Liberal Democrats (LDS) and opposition MP Lojze Peterle of New Slovenia (NSi) have been proposed by the parliamentary foreign affairs committee as the two MPs to represent Slovenia in the European Convention, which is to draft the guidelines for the next intergovernmental conference on further institutional reform of the EU, STA was told on Tuesday by committee chairman Jelko Kacin.
