Slovene Advertising Market Growing Slowly, Despite Increase in Number of Media Outlets

Ljubljana, 29 January - The gross worth of the Slovene advertising market amounted to 52 billion tolars (233 million euros), up nine percent over the year before. The net worth of all advertisements in 2001 totalled 23 million tolars (103.4 million euros), according to information provided by Mediana, which reveals that the advertising market has not increased significantly despite the increase in the number of commercial media outlets.
