Ljubljana, 30 January - Many people are convinced that the Yugoslav state crisis can be resolved with the preservation of the Serbian-Montenegrin confederation. Not only those in Belgrade belive so, but also those in Brussels, who after the latest meeting of political elites of Montenegro, Serbia and the FRY in Belgrade legitimately hopes that new crumbling of the Balkans could be avoided, the daily Delo writes on Wednesday.
