Ljubljana, 30 January - Despite a reassuring address by the deputy head of the European Commission delegation to Slovenia, Thomas Kaufman, who said that the EU is concerned about its linguistic and cultural heritage and diversity, participants of a round-table entitled "Slovene Cultural Challenges and Phobias at the Door of the EU" were not unified in their assessment whether Slovenes are entering the EU with self confidence or fear.
