Employment Bill Goes Through Second Parliamentary Reading 3 Years After First Reading

Ljubljana, 31 January - The employment bill, also known as the labour constitution, passed through second parliamentary reading on Thursday, nearly three years after MPs completed its first reading. This new piece of legislation is to regulate all aspects of the relations between employers and workers, and is expected to take effect on 1 January 2003.
