President Kucan Supports Only Necessary Changes to Slovene Constitution

Novo Mesto, 31 January - Touching on proposed constitutional amendments, Slovene President Milan Kucan thought that only two amendments of the constitutions are necessary, namely that related to Slovenia's EU membership and that which concerns the establishment of provinces.
