Negotiations on Sale of Slovenia's Largest Bank to Be Concluded by Mid-February

Ljubljana, 1 February - Remi Vermeiren, chairman of the management board of Belgium's largest banking and insurance group KBC, the only bidder for a 34-percent stake in Slovene bank NLB, hopes that negotiations on the sale of the largest Slovene bank will be concluded by mid-February, according to Friday's edition of the Slovene business daily Finance.
