Parliament Endorses Act on Animal Fodder

Ljubljana, 1 February - After a long and heated debate, the Slovene Parliament on Friday endorsed in fast-track procedure the EU-compatible act on animal fodder. The act regulates the production and sale of fodder, determines the allowed additives and mixtures, sets down procedures for the issue of permits, and envisages the formation of an information system and a supervisory body to oversee the implementation of this act.
