Competition Protection Office Gives Green Light for NLB's Takeover of LHB

Ljubljana, 1 February - The Slovene Competition Protection office gave the go-ahead on 22 January for Slovenia's largest bank, NLB, to take over the Frankfurt-based LHB Internationale Handelsbank, which is currently in 50.41-percent ownership of NLB.
