SanPaolo IMI Raises Takeover Bid for Banka Koper for the Third Time

Koper, 4 February - The Turin-based banking group SanPaolo IMI raised its takeover bid for Banka Koper, Slovenia's fourth largest bank, for the third time, again by ten tolars per share. The new takeover price is SIT 102,001.72 (EUR 458.18) a share, and, in accordance with the act on takeovers, the bid was prolonged by seven days to 18 February.
