Delo on the Security Policy Conference in Munich

Ljubljana, 4 February - When international relations are in question, this is not the year 2002 A.D., but the 12th year after the end of the Cold War and the first year after the terrorist attacks in the U.S., the Slovene daily Delo observes on Monday, commenting the Munich Conference on Security Policy, which ended on Sunday.
