Slovenia's Amnesty International Questions U.S. War Against Terrorism in its Latest Publication

Ljubljana, 4 February - Amnesty International Slovenia (AIS) presented at a news conference on Monday its new publication entitled "Rome Statute of International Criminal Court", with the author of the book's preface, renowned law professor Ljubo Bavcon, expressing regret over the fact that the United States have not resorted to mechanisms of international law in the aftermath of September 11th attacks.
