Slovenia's Europe Minister Critical of EU Financial Strategy in Talks with British Officials

London, 4 February - Slovenia's Europe Minister Janez Potocnik, who also serves as the country's chief negotiator with the EU, highlighted the inconsistencies of the European Commission's proposed strategy for the financial phase of accession negotiations during talks with British officials in London on Monday.
