Intereuropa Shareholders Agree to a Supply of Fresh Capital

Ljubljana, 4 February - Shareholders of Slovene freight company Intereuropa adopted at Monday's general assembly the new statute of the company which is harmonised with changes to the legislation on companies. The new statute also envisages a 15 percent supply of fresh capital which is to take place over the next five years.
