Ljubljana, 5 February - That peace and stability in Southeastern Europe are in the interest of the entire international community, was an opinion shared by Slovene Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel and Victor Jackovich, associate director of the George C. Marshall European Centre for Security Studies, when they addressed a three-day international conference on ethnic conflict prevention in SE Europe which began on Tuesday.
