NLB Is Not Legal Successor of Contracts of Its Predecessor, NLB Responds to Suit Filed in Trieste
Ljubljana, 5 February - Responding to the latest news about a suit which was filed by Bozidar Vukasovic on behalf of Croatian clients of former Ljubljanska banka (LB) against a Nova Ljubljanska banka (NLB) subsidiary in Trieste, the NLB said on Tuesday that it is not the legal successor of LB contracts which refer to the liabilities regarding the payments of old foreign exchange savings from former Yugoslav republics.
