Loncaric's Demand to Expel a Judge Rejected

Ljubljana, 6 February - Ljubljana's District Court on Wednesday rejected a demand to expel an investigating judge from a trial against Josip Loncaric, the alleged head of a criminal cartel smuggling illegal immigrants, which was put forward by the defence on Tuesday because of some doubts about the judge's impartiality.
