A Forum to be Established in a Bid to Exchange Slovene Opinions on EU Future

Ljubljana, 6 February - A Slovene forum on the future of the EU - comprising Slovene government and parliamentary officials as well as civil society representatives - is to be established in an attempt to exchange opinions and form positions on the future makeup of the EU. The forum is to deal with the issue simultaneously with the European convention, which is to be launched on 28 February in a bid to draft proposals for further institutional reform of the EU.
