Slovenia Protests New Bulgarian Health Insurance Policies
Ljubljana, 7 February - Slovene Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel sent a letter to his Bulgarian counterpart Soolomon Isaac Passy on Thursday, protesting the new Bulgarian state health insurance policy which anticipates the return of costs from the health budget only for pharmaceuticals that are made in Bulgaria, the EU and the U.S., but not other countries.
