NKBM Privatisation Committee Decides for Further Negotiations with Bidders

Ljubljana, 7 February - The commission overseeing the privatisation of the Nova Kreditna banka Maribor (NKBM) has opted for further negotiations with the three bidders on the purchase of a 65-percent stake in this second-largest Slovene bank. The decision was made by the commission after it had established that it is still impossible to propose the best bidder for the purchase to the Finance Ministry.
