Minorities Should Not Suffer on Account of Good Neighbourly Relations, Kucan Feels

Ljubljana, 7 February - "Good relations with neighbouring countries are the certificate of normality and democracy, however, they cannot be maintained at the expense of minorities," President Milan Kucan said Thursday at a traditional meeting with representatives of Slovene minorities.
