Nice Treaty in the Focus as Slovene Parliamentary Delegation Arrives for Ireland Visit
Dublin, 10 February - A delegation of the Slovene Parliament, headed by Speaker Borut Pahor, began a three-day visit to Ireland on Sunday. Pahor, who is visiting upon the invitation of his Irish counterpart Seamus Pattison, is accompanied by the chair of the foreign affairs committe Jelko Kacin, chair of the European affairs commission, Lojze Peterle and the chair of the Slovene-Irish parliamentary friendship group Dusan Vucko. The delegation is to exchange opinions and experience in regard to Slovenia's EU accession and the Union's enlargement with the Irish officials.
