Leading Croatian Packaging Producer Belisce Publishes Takeover Bid for Valkarton

Logatec, 11 February - Croatia's largest cardboard packaging manufacturer, Belisce, published a takeover bid for the leading Slovene packaging producer Valkarton on Monday, the Slovene company revealed. Belisce had initiated the takeover process last month and published the official bid following approval from the Slovene Securities Markets Agency and the Competition Protection Office.
