Ljubljana, 11 February - The convention on the future of the European Union is the last opportunity for the EU to establish itself as a global player on the international political stage, the head of the European affairs office at the German Foreign Ministry, Reinhard Schweppe, stressed during a lecture in Ljubljana on Monday.
