FM Rupel on Coexistence of Different Ethnic and National Groups at Istanbul Forum

Istanbul, 12 February - "Majority rule or majoritarian systems of decision-making in multicultural societies provoke conflicts, and may, in the worst case, lead to civil war," Slovene Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel stressed at a special forum in Istanbul on Tuesday, the Slovene Foreign Ministry said in its press release.
