Parliament Adopts EU-Compatible Bill on Animal Breeding

Ljubljana, 12 February - Slovene lawmakers passed the bill on animal breeding, which is part of the EU package of legislation and should have been adopted by Slovenia already by the end of 2001. The final vote in Parliament, which discussed the matter in fast-track procedure, was 48 votes for and two against on Tuesday.
