Stake in Leading Slovene Bank Already Sold, Reports TV Slovenia

Ljubljana, 12 February - Negotiations on the sale of a minority stake in Slovenia's leading bank Nova Ljubljanska banka (NLB) to Belgium's insurer KBC have been completed, the national television network reported on Tuesday. The Finance Ministry has already denied the allegations, according to the news report, stressing that all points of the agreement have not yet been settled, and the two parties are to negotiate until the end of the deadline on 1 March.
