Slovene Farmers Set to Protest against EU's Umbrella Strategy

Ljubljana, 13 February - Should the Slovene government not negotiate an appropriate agreement with the EU on agriculture, the Slovene Farmers' Union (SKS), uniting some 5,000 farmers, will stage massive protests, said Wednesday SKS President Marjan Gorenc, and added that preparations are already underway.
