The Slovene Minority in Italy - A Year with a Protection Act that Isn't

Trieste, 13 February - Upcoming Thursday will mark a year since the Italian Parliament finally adopted a comprehensive protection act for the Slovene minority living in Italy. However, as the anniversary nears, the representatives of the Slovene minority point out that a year on the act has, in effect, not even begun to be implemented.
