Proposed Changes to Mandatory Military Service Echo in the Press

Maribor, 15 February - With its initiative to abolish mandatory military service and introduce professional Slovene Armed Forces with additional voluntary reserve the Social Democrats (SDS) have made a step forward, the daily Vecer on Friday comments on changes to the military service act which were filed to parliament by SDS, the New Slovenia (NSi) and the Youth Party (SMS).
