Management Buyouts not Yet Common Practice in Slovenia

Ljubljana, 15 February - Full management buyouts in which company management buys out part of a company or the entire company it manages are very rare in Slovenia. More common are cases where a management buyout is combined with a takeover by a strategic partner, said head of the consulting company Socius Leonardo F. Peklar at a discussion on management buyouts on Thursday.
