Deadline to Close Talks on NLB with KBC Prolonged until End of March

Ljubljana, 15 February - The deadline to close talks with the Belgian banking group KBC on a 34-percent stake in NLB has been extended until 28 March, the day when the KBC's bid expires, by the commission supervising the sale of this largest Slovene bank, the Finance Ministry said on Friday.
