Delo: Valentines Without the Chocolate Kisses

Ljubljana, 16 February - Valentines day a year ago was the day that the Italian Parliament adopted the long-awaited bill on the comprehensive protection for the Slovene minority living in the country. A day later on that day, the Italian politicians once again decided to take pity and dedicate a few minutes to the realisation of this law, the daily Delo writes on Saturday.
