Ljubljana, 18 February - The strategic council for security issues is to hold its first session on Monday afternoon. Established in January at the initiative of Prime Minister Janez Drnovsek, the council is to act as an advisory body to the prime minister on issues concerning respect of human rights and fundamental freedoms.
