Croatia's Ban Is Violating Energy Charter, Energy Charter Secretariat Says

Ljubljana, 19 February - The Energy Charter Secretariat in Brussels addressed a latter to Croatian Economics Minister Goranko Fizulic, informing him that by introducing the contested ban on the road transport of oil, Croatia violated the Energy Charter Agreement, according to Tuesday's edition of the daily Delo.
