President Kucan Writes to Pope and Congratulates Slovene Bishops' Conference

Ljubljana, 19 February - President of Slovenia Milan Kucan has addressed a special letter to Pope John Paul II upon the occasion of 19 February when nine years will have passed since the Holy See granted the Slovene Bishops' Conference the status and rights of a national conference.
