IPPC Directive Presented at Debate on Environment Protection

Ljubljana, 21 February - Although Slovenia has already closed the environment chapter in EU negotiations as far back as March 2001, the country has not done enough. The latest research on technological renovation of 15 Slovene companies proves that, said State Secretary at the Environment Ministry Marko Slokar at a debate on EU environment protection legislation held as part of Slovenia's Business Week. Slokar focussed on the implementation of the IPPC directive for integral pollution protection and control.
