Highest Scientific Honours to Be Awarded Tonight

Ljubljana, 22 February - The highest Slovene awards for achievements in science of the Slovene Academy of Sciences and Arts (SAZU) are to be conferred on Friday evening. The Golden Decoration of SAZU's scientific research centre ZRC is to be awarded to Mirko Ramovs for outstanding work in the field of musical ethnography. Tomaz Mastnak is to be awarded for outstanding achievements in the field of philosophy, while Andrej Rahten is to be decorated for his doctoral thesis in history.
