Ljubljana, 22 February - "Every individual would consider the possibility of selling their share in a company for two or threefold the actual price, thus cashing in on the opportunity of a life-time, but this is not the way the the state should think," the former governor of the Slovene central bank, France Arhar, told a panel entitled The Slovene National Interest: Banks and Companies in Foreign Hands?.
