FM Rupel Regrets Lack of Applicants' Representative in Presidency of Convention

Ljubljana, 23 February - Slovene Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel regretted the fact that candidate countries for EU membership will not have thier own representative in the presidency of the European Convention that is to lay the foundations for future institutional reforms of the organisation.
