Berlin, 23 February - Slovene men's handball champions Celje Pivovarna Lasko won a close quarter-final first leg game against the reigning German champions, SC Magdeburg from Berlin, played on Saturday in Berlin. The Slovene team won 31:29 (14:13). The second leg of the quarter-final is scheduled to take place next Saturday in Celje.
