EU Ambassador Leaves Slovenia for Slovakia, Successor Expected in March

Ljubljana, 24 February - Eric van der Linden, the head of the European Commission delegation to Slovenia, is leaving his post on Sunday two years before the end of his four-year term. Van der Linden who is to take over the delegation in Slovakia, is to be temporarily replaced by Thomas Kaufmann, the first secretary of the delegation to Slovenia. Van der Linden's successor, Ireland's Erwan Fouere, is expected in Ljubljana in March.
