Macedonian Theatre Goers Enraptured by MGL Shows

Skopje, 25 February - The first appearance of the Ljubljana Municipal Theatre (MGL) in Macedonia in a decade has been met with tremendous response among Macedonia's theatre goers and the media. Playing three of its most representative productions which feature three different approaches to theatre, the MGL ensemble performed Shakespeare's comedy As You Like It, directed by Macedonia's Slobodan Unkovski, on Friday. On Saturday, the Skopje audience could see Ingmar Bergman's drama Scenes from a Marriage directed by Mile Korun, and Marius von Mayenburg's Fireface by Samo Strelec.
