Slovene Foreign Minister Writes to Berlusconi about Slovene Minority in Italy

Ljubljana, 26 February - Slovene Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel has addressed a letter to Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi, who is also acting as foreign minister, bringing to his attention the issue of (non-)implementation of the Slovene minority protection act, primarily the formation of what is termed a parity board, an institution which would monitor the implementation of the act.
